 To put things into perspective, if this industrial project is approved, it would be like trying to park a Mack truck on a postage stamp. Simply put, this development does NOT belong in the middle of a residential zone. If this development gets approved, the town officials will be setting a legal precedent for more developers to come in and buy residential lots and convert the residential lots into industrial property.


Zoning Board members are supposed to be a guardian of the town's zoning laws and not allow such arbitrary and capricious deviations from zoning laws created to protect residents.
